Whenever l hear myself on videos or whatever I’m like:
I don’ t know if my voice is unattractive but people think I’m a man on the phone all the time and then when they send me stuff at work it’s address to ‘Marco’ rather than ‘Margot’.
I’ve had professional vocal training and I’ve done audiobook recordings and back-up singing, but god damn I hate the sound of my own voice. I wish it was lower, richer, more mellow.
I can’t even describe my voice, but basically you know when you make a phone call, and there’s a lag, and you can hear what you’ve just been saying a split second after you’ve said it….? I try to end those calls ASAP!!!!
